We offer the best thermally insulated electric garden hot tubs to order, avoiding the installation of Chinese components, unlike competing products. Our hot tub uses products from manufacturers from countries such as Poland, the Netherlands, Italy, the USA, Spain and Austria. Moreover, in addition to high quality workmanship, owners of our hot tubs enjoy exceptionally low electricity consumption.

• Filtration and heating maintenance

 

Maintaining the filtration and heating system with full insulation / water temperature at 38 degrees C, with a minimum of 6 hours of filter pump operation per day, the total consumption is approximately 6 kWh per day. That is, at current energy prices (PLN 1.30 / kWh). The drop in water temperature with the hot tub completely turned off for 24 hours is approximately 3.5 degrees C. (test at an external temperature of approximately -2 to + 5 degrees C)

• Orders

We make hot tubs to order, according to your preferences, you can freely configure them in terms of equipment, and we can also prepare just an acrylic insert with a frame. We also have several ready-made hot tubs/jacuzzis available immediately with specific specifications.

• Hot tub parameters

Diameter of the tub -200 cm Finished dimensions with box - approx. 275 x 200cm Height -100 cm (counted from the ground to the edge of the tub without cover) 6-seater Economical water capacity - 900 liters with perfect insulation, heats up quickly.

• Base

Acrylic insert made of a thermoformed single board reinforced with glass fiber - the highest quality and chemical resistance.

Insert in any currently available color and structure + two-piece frame made of a closed profile, matt black + adjustable feet (insert glued to the frame and ready-leveled)

1. Aeromassage with 20 nozzles / air pump made in Italy or the USA (Balboa), with a carefully designed anti-flooding installation (triple protection - non-return valve, siphon under the rim and anti-flood valve under the pump), additionally standard with a special timer against overheating of the equipment for optimization of work, comfort of the owner and extension of the life of the device - not found anywhere elsej ! 

2. Professional electric filtration and heating set in a PVC system - cartridge filter with the option of using filter balls, circulation pump, 3 kW heater, heating rate -3.5 degrees C / h (or 2 x 3 kW -7 degrees C / h additional option -), Spanish ball valves companies, water draining pipe diameter 50 mm, equipment mounted on a waterproof plate

3. Hermetic box with digital control, a programmer for the circulation pump and a high-quality digital thermostat made in Poland!

4. 10 cm thermo cover with strong buckles and soft, high-quality eco-leather with a slope from the center of the cover to prevent water from logging

5. Thick 20 mm Scandinavian thermopine panels fastened with stainless screws

6. Insulated thermowood box with stainless hinges / installed seal for connection with the hot tub casing / 3 cm cut-to-size styrofoam insulating board for the bottom of the equipment + two-step universal thermowood steps added to the box

7. Single-point large (7 cm) RGB LED lighting, self-changing smoothly colors, switched from a very high-quality pneumatic switch + power supply (long life and reliability - not Chinese colored switches that need to be replaced every six months)

8. Thermal insulation with PUR foam with a thick layer of 3-4 cm (holes are cut in the foam for the nozzles with a professional hole saw - the nozzles are not foamed)

9. Bottom insulation - 3 cm large-format PIR board with a double layer of aluminum

10. Additional insulation between the lower piping board and the edge of the insert - 2 cm of hard Styrofoam around the panels, connected with foam glue (no thermal bridges)

1. 4-point hydromassage with high-quality nozzles with stainless steel caps (not plastic chrome!!) with a pneumatic switch and air suction regulator - two stations each with two large nozzles - 0.75 kW pump

2. 8-point hydromassage with high-quality nozzles with stainless steel caps (not plastic chrome!!) with a pneumatic switch and air suction regulator - one 1.1 kW pump - 4 stations with one large nozzle each, two stations with two large nozzles each

13. Oiling the entire wood of the hot tub with high-quality Remmers oil in the selected color

1. Outdoor wood stove with a set of stainless steel connections and clamps, 2 meters of chimney + roof + rubber pipes for connection

2. Separate water drain diameter 50 mm with a stainless steel grid and a ball valve (when the hot tub is ordered without electrical equipment)

3. Larger steps made of thermowood added to the hot tub (version without a box for electrical equipment)

2. The hot tubs are entirely manufactured and designed by the Demax Spa factory in Poland - all materials and selected components used for production are of the highest quality - Attention!! We do not import ready-made products using Chinese parts!
